Southwestern Salad with Avocado-lime Dressing

Ingredients:
2 cup(s) romaine lettuce chopped
1 can(s) 15 oz pinto beans rinsed & drained
1 cup(s) grape tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup(s) fresh or frozen corn kernels
1/4 cup(s) green onions chopped
1/4 cup(s) cilantro chopped
1 whole(s) avocado
3/4 cup(s) prepared salsa (not chunky)
1/2 cup(s) low-fat sour cream
3 tablespoon(s) lime juice
4 drop(s) tabasco sauce (optional)
1/3 cup(s) tortilla chips (optional) crushed
Directions:
1. Combine lettuce, beans, tomatoes, and corn in a clear glass bowl. Sprinkle green onions and cilantro on top.
2. Mash avocado in separate bowl, and whisk in salsa, sour cream, and lime juice. Season with hot sauce (if using), and salt and pepper if desired, Pour dressing over salad, toss well, and top with crushed corn chips (if using).
