Goes well with ham, and homemade rolls and pecan pie. Ingredients:
4 oz butter |
2 oz garlic, minced |
2 oz green onions, sliced |
4 lbs shredded hashbrowns |
3 cups half & half |
2 cups thick & chunky salsa |
4 oz diced green chilies, drained |
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in pan and add the garlic. 2. Cook for 2 minutes. 3. Combined all the ingredients together. 4. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
