Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bottle fat free ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded fat-free
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2-1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 large fresh broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
Directions:
1. Mix together the dressing, cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce in the bottom of a large bowl.
2. Toss in the cauliflower, broccoli and fresh mushroom.
3. Serve and enjoy!
