Southwest Roll-Ups

This is an easy treat to throw together for super bowl parties, or any other fiesta!
Ingredients:
8 -12 flour tortillas (depending on size)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (drained)
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped black olives (drained)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a hand mixer. Depending on your preference for texture, you can add the beans in and mix together with other ingredients, or fold them in at the end after everything else has been mixed together.
2. Spread a layer of the mix over each tortilla, and roll them up. Cut into slices and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
3. For those of you with a gluten allergy, just use corn tortillas.
