Southwest Potato Salad

I was craving potato salad and came up with this recipe. I guestimated the amounts as I was making it as I went along. I think this should be pretty close to the original.
Ingredients:
2 lbs yukon gold potatoes or 2 lbs red potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook and cube potatoes. Place in large bowl with peppers, green onions and cilantro.
2. In seperate bowl mix together all ingredients for the dressing. Toss gently with warm potatoes and place in refrigerator to cool, about 1 hour.
