This yummy egg scramble is packed full of protein, veggies, and spice. If you like spicy food this meal is great. Also roll up in a tortilla to make a good breakfast burrito.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, scrambled
1 tbs heavy cream
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 tbs jalapeno, minced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs butter
Directions:
1. Mix cream, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Melt butter in pan until bubbly.
3. Add Jalapeno, Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper, and Green Bell Pepper. Saute until soft.
4. Add egg mixture to pan and mix well.
5. Occasionally stir eggs until cooked to liking.
