Southwest Chicken Salad Panini

Another from a Kraft magazine. If you don't have a panini grill, cook sandwiches in a large skillet on med-high heat, 3-5 min on each side or until golden brown.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons miracle whip light
2 tablespoons light ranch salad dressing
8 slices italian bread
1 large tomato, cut into slices
4 slices kraft processed cheese slices
Directions:
1. Heat panini grill to med-high heat. Mix chicken, chili powder, and dressings.
2. Make sandwich with bread slices, chicken mixture, tomatoes, and singles.
3. Grill 3-5 min or until singles are melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
