From Betty Crocker's New Eat and Lose Weight Cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups bulgur, cooked
1 cup rice, cooked
1 cup fat free sour cream
3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients in loaf pan.
3. Bake 30 minutes.
4. Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
