4 cups vegetable broth
1 large onion
3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
4 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp ground cumin
28 oz tomatoes
2 tsp dried thyme
32 oz pinto beans, canned
32 oz red beans, canned
32 oz black beans, canned
1 cup cooked corn kernels
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup masa corn flour
