Southern Style Potato Salad

It seems everyone here in the south has a favorite potato salad recipe. This one is probably my favorite....at least until if find one that tastes better!
Ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes
12 eggs
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
5 tbsp kraft miracle whip
2 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Peel and dice potatoes.
2. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
3. Add salt and bring to a slow boil. Cook until potatoes are fork firm.
4. Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water.
5. Heat on high and boil for 5 minutes.
6. Reduce heat and simmer eggs for 15 more minutes.
7. Remove from heat and drain water immediately. Refill pot with cold water to stop the cooking.
8. Peel and chop eggs.
9. Place chopped eggs, cooked potatoes, celery, pickle relish, Kraft Miracle Whip™, yellow mustard, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
10. Mix well and chill.
11. Serve cold.
