1. Wash your greens 2. Remove the hard stocky stems either by hand or blade 3. Pour olive oil over the greens in a bowl and mix 4. Spread greens on a cookie sheet in a single layer 5. Sprinkle generously with the creole seasoning 6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes until crispy but not too brown 7. Enjoy!
