This is fantastic and very popular in the South. Nothing better than corn, fry it and it is that much better. Yumola.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
6 ears corn
3 slices bacon
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut corn from ears making sure to get all the juices.
2. Add milk to corn and stir well.
3. Fry bacon in a skillet then remove bacon and add corn to skillet.
4. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes stirring often then add sugar, salt and pepper.
