Southern fried Chicken

Another recipe from my mom. Came from a low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium cookbook.
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons mrs. dash seasoning mix
1 cup flour
Directions:
1. Rince chicken in cold water. Sprinkle each piece with Mrs. Dash.
2. Place flour in a dish or bag, dip or shake to coat.
3. Place chicken in a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
4. Place over medium heat. Add 2-3 Tbsp water and cover. Cook until brown on 1 side. Turn and cook until browned on other side. Add small amount of water from time to time if needed.
