For all of you that like the wraps for lunch, here's a dandy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy mustard-mayonnaise blend
4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
1/2 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey
1/2 lb thinly sliced honey-roasted ham
smoked provolone cheese or mozzarella cheese
2 cups leaves lettuce (shredded)
2 medium tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1/2 small purple onion (diced)
8 bacon, slices (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Spread mustard-mayonnaise blend evenly over 1 side of each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
2. Layer turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and bacon evenly over tortillas.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Roll up tortillas and cut in half diagonally. Secure with wooden picks.
