Ingredients:
2 to 3 ounces gin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon superfine sugar
2 sprigs fresh mint
3 or 4 ice cubes
club soda
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except the club soda, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add splash of club soda.
