South Pacific Pork Kabobs With Peanut Butter Sauce

This was my contest winner in Quick Cooking..Try this tropical treat of pork marinated in a spicy soy mixture and topped with a peanut butter sauce..You can drizzle this sauce over kabobs or serve in dipping bowls..
Ingredients:
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 lb pork, chop suey meat
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 dash pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Directions:
1. In large resealable bag,combine the first 8 ingredients,and pork.
2. Seal bag and turn to coat.Refrigerate overnite.
3. Drain and discard marinate.
4. Thread pork on soaked wooden or medal skewers.
5. Grill,covered over indirect meduim heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until done.
6. In sauce pan combine all and blend smooth.
7. Bring to boil,cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened.
8. Serve with kabobs.
