Ingredients:
1 oz turkey
1 oz cheddar cheese
2 oz egg beaters
2 oz egg whites
Directions:
1. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray
2. mix egg and egg white, season with salt and pepper
3. sprinkle cheese and turkey
4. cook until eggs are almost set, flip and cook remaining.
