When you are doing south Beach and dying for a crispy cracker this saves t he day. Plus the flax is so good for you!!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flax seed meal
4 tablespoons water (or 2 tablespoons chicken broth and 2 tbsp water)
spices
salt
Directions:
1. Mix flax and water or broth.
2. add spices/ salt
3. Spread on parchment paper.
4. Microwave 2-3 minutes.
5. Top w/ hummus or dip or cheese.
