A whole wheat sourdough bread for the bread machine. The whole wheat flour adds a nice flavor and texture to your basic sourdough bread.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
1/3 cup warm water (110 degrees f/45 degrees c)
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select whole wheat setting.
