These waffles are ALWAYS moist inside and crunchy outside. They are wonderful for breakfast or as the base of a savory meal.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
2. Add everything else and mix well.
3. Bake in oiled waffle iron until nice and brown.
