A nice soft sugar cookie.Makes quite of bit of cookies. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
2 c ups sugar |
4 eggs |
small container sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
3 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
4 1/2 - 5 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Cream butter n sugar together.Add egg and vanilla and sour cream. Mix well. Sift together soda powder n flour.Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out n cut with desired cookie cutters.Place on cookie sheet n bake 8-10 minutes.
2. Frost or sprinkle with sugar before baking.
