Sour Cream Potato Casserole

A cousin served this with meat loaf. Very simple.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water
instant mashed potatoes (4 servings)
16 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cottage cheese
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chives
1 dash paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Boil water, add to instant potatoes in a casserole.
2. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, stir.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
