Sour Cream Potato Casserole

Easy breakfast or brunch casserole, goes with just about anything you can think of.
Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted butter
1 pint sour cream
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup dried onion or 2 tablespoons minced onions
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Bake in a 9 x13 glass dish for one hour at 350 degrees F.
3. Put crushed potato chips on top, bake an additional five minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy.
