Sour Cream Pancakes

Nice Tasting Pancake, tastes good with your favorite syrup or fresh strawberries.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar & baking soda. Whisk to blend it together.
2. In another bowl combine sour cream and buttermilk (stir to smooth out a bit), then add your eggs and oil.
3. Stir into flour mixture until smooth.
4. Spoon your batter (about 1/3 cup) per pancake onto your nonstick griddle and flip when top is covered with bubbles or edges look cooked.
5. Cook until browned. 4-5 minutes
6. Serve with your favorite syrup.
7. Makes 12 medium size pancakes.
