Sour Cream Pancakes

Even without the berries or with a different sauce my family insists these are by far the best pancakes ever.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Combine the dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Add eggs, milk, and sour cream.
3. Mix until blended, either by hand or with electric mixer on low.
4. Stir in melted butter to combine thoroughly.
5. The mixture will be very thick. At this point you can stir in fruit, nuts, chocolate chips or whatever you want in your pancakes.
6. Pour batter by 1/4 cup onto greased, hot griddle.
7. Cook on griddle until bubbles form on top, flip and cook until golden.
8. Serve hot with syrup, fruit, whipped cream and butter.
