great way to cook limas- great for barbecues
Ingredients:
1 lb. dried baby limas
4 cups water
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbs yellow mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Rinse beans and drain.
2. Combine all but sour cream incrockpot.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Stir beans, cover again and continue cooking on low for about 4 more hours or until tender.
5. Stir in sour cream.
