Sour Cream-Less Sour Cream Enchiladas

This is a super easy enchilada recipe. This version of the recipe is also healthier since plain fat free yogurt is used in place of sour cream. My Kids (1 and 3) love this recipe as well.
Ingredients:
1 (13 ounce) can 98% fat free chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
12 flour tortillas
salt and pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
Directions:
1. Brown chicken and saute onions.
2. Combine with Chile powder, pepper and salt.
3. Spoon enough meat mixture onto tortillas to cover half.
4. Cover tortillas/enchiladas with sauce.
5. Put extra cheese on top if desired.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
