This is a creamy fruity fruit salad that could also be used as a dessert.
Ingredients:
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (20 ounces)
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained (11 ounces)
1/2 pound seedless white or red grapes
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup miniature marshmallows
8 ounces of sour cream (regular or reduced fat will work; do not use fat free)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, blending well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours prior to serving
