Sour Cream Dill Potato Salad

Quick summer salad, but I make it all year around. I reduce the fat content by using all reduced calorie product.
Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes.
2. Boil till tender.
3. Let chill slightly.
4. Slice or quarter put in bowl.
5. Blend together all other ingredients.
6. Pour dressing over potatoes.
7. Chill.
