love this coffee cake as a desert or breakfast item on a special morning. Ingredients:
sour cream coffee cake |
1/2 cup butter |
1 c white sugar |
2 eggs |
2 c flour |
1tsp baking soda |
1tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 pint or 500ml of sour cream |
topping |
1tsp cinamon |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. in first bowl beat the first 3 ingredients
2. in separate bowl mix dry ingredients
3. add to first bowl and incorporate the 2 cups of sour cream
4. make topping and sprinkle on top of batter after pouring in tube pan and
5. cook in tube pan at 350 for 40 min
