Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs, separated
1 cup sour cream, dairy
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Cream 1c sugar and butter.
2. Add egg yolks and sour cream.
3. Beat until light and fluffy.
4. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda.
5. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
6. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
7. Sprinkle with topping made of 1/4 c sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
8. Dot with extra butter.
9. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
10. Allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out.
