Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite cookie. I have a lot of different recipes Ingredients:
1 cup butter flavor crisco shortening |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tsp vanilla |
2 1/2 cup flour |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 cups chocolate chips |
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. grease baking sheets.
2. Combine shortening, and sugars. beat until well blended. Beat in sour cream, egg, honey and vanilla. beat until well blended.
3. combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix into shortening, beat at low speed until just blended.
4. Stir in chips and nuts.
5. drop by teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on greased sheets.
6. bake one sheet at a time in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes on sheets.
7. Remove to foil on countertop to cool.
