Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

Extremely moist chocolate cake. Needs no icing, but feel free.
Ingredients:
2 c. boiling water
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 lb. butter
2 1/2 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. cake or all-purpose flour
2 t. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. Pour boiling water over chocolate and let cool.
3. Cream butter and vanilla. Add the sugar, then the eggs, one at a time. Alternatively beat in the dry ingredients and sour cream/chocolate mixture.
4. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes, until it tests done. Cool 45 minutes before removing from pan.
