old recipe from Darlene kossmann very nice quick cake i used 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 sour cream and i just dumped all together too. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1 3/4 cups flour |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
4 tablespoons water, boiling |
Directions:
1. sift together sugar,salt,flour and cocoa.
2. add sour cream and melted butter
3. add eggs
4. beat until smooth lastly add baking soda in the boiling water beat some more
5. pour into buttered floured 9 inch pan
6. bake 350 for 30 -35 minutes.
