Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

If you have more than three in your family you may want to double this one. Two of these is not enough, serve with your favorite rice dish.
Ingredients:
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups diced chicken (cooked)
1/2 cup diced mild onion
12 flour tortillas
3 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup sour cream
2 cans diced green chilies
3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients and heat until mixture is smooth.
2. Mix Cheese, Chicken, and Onion together.
3. Place a spoonful of Sauce on each Tortilla.
4. Add a spoonful of Filling mixture.
5. Roll Tortillas and place side by side in 9x13 baking dish.
6. Pour remaining Sauce over enchiladas.
7. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
