Ingredients:
2 cup(s) self-rising flour
2 stick(s) butter or margarine melted
8 ounce(s) sour cream room temperature
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place flour in medium size bowl. Add melted butter and mix very lightly. Add sour cream and mix well. Mixture will be stiff. Drop approximately 1 and 1/2 Tblsp dough into mini muffin pans. Do not spray pans. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 36- 40 mini self-buttered biscuits.
