This bread is wonderful just out of the bread machine, in sandwiches or just toasted. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
3/4 cup water |
3/4 cup sour cream |
3 3/4 cups flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. In the bowl of your bread machine add the ingredients in the order they are listed.
2. Make sure that the yeast does not touch the water.
3. Set the bread machine on bread cycle.
