From The Bread Machine Cookbook. Makes a 1 pound loaf. Feel free to double the recipe (I use less salt) for a 2 pound loaf. Plain yogurt works in place of the sour cream. Makes a nice, moist loaf, suitable for sandwiches or garlic bread.
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
1. Put everything in the bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
