Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes

Works with fresh or frozen blueberries.
Ingredients:
pancakes
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter-melted
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
topping
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup cold water
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Pancakes:
2. In a large mixing bowl,combine flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt.
3. Beat together eggs,milk,sour cream,and butter.
4. Stir into flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
5. Fold in blueberries.
6. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
7. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
8. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
9. Topping:
10. In a large saucepan,combine sugar,cornstarch,and water until smooth. Add blueberries.
11. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
12. Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened,stirring constantly.
13. Remove from heat and server over pancakes.
