Sour Cream Biscuits

A moist, rich & buttery biscuit that will melt in your mouth!
Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup butter (melted)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until blended. Divide into lightly greased muffin cups (mini or regular size).
2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
3. *25 minutes are for mini muffins filled to the top so if you fill regular muffin to top it will probably take a bit longer. Just keep an eye on them.
4. Best served warm.
