Directions:
1. 1 or 2 tsp cinnamon
2. 1 tsp soda
3. 1 cup sour cream
4. 1 tsp vanilla
5. 1 egg
6. Blend well and stir 2 cups peeled and chopped apples into batter.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Drizzle with white icing or powdered sugar.
