The Bread Machine Cookbook 1 1-1/2 pound loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds
2 cups rye flour
2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup dried sour cherries
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the dried cherries during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
