Ingredients:
3/4 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced
1 cup diced carrots
3/4 cup diced yellow squash
1/8 cup chopped red onion
1/8 cup celery diced
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 cups pure water
Directions:
1. Blend all together in high speed mixer for 3 minutes.
2. Drizzle with a little olive oil and fresh chopped herbs.
