Ingredients:
6 large eggs
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup chive
1/4 head iceberg lettuce
8 slices whole grain bread
Directions:
1. peel and chop eggs.
2. fine chop celery and chive.
3. add mayo and blend gently.
4. separate into 4 servings.
5. place desired amount of letuce on 2 slices of whole grain bread, sandwich style, add a serving of egg salad, close and enjoy.
