This is a really good party dip.... Good with warm chips.... Ingredients:
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
2 cups shredded american cheese |
6 green onions, diced |
2/3 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper |
2 tablespoons finely chopped seeded jalapeno peppers |
Directions:
1. Melt cheeses together in top of double boiler over simmering water 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Stir in green onion, red pepper and jalapeno peppers.
3. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
