Ground beef browned and simmered with vegetable soup and light seasoning. Quick, good for you, and what a time saver! It's so simple...who ever would have thought it could taste so good?! Serve on top of rice, with mashed potatoes or even on a slice of white bread! Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef |
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed vegetable soup |
1 (10.75 ounce) can water |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a large skillet over medium high heat; drain fat. 2. Stir in vegetable soup and water, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve. |
