Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) dill pickle relish
12 large eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and split lengthwise
2 green onions, white and green parts, finely chopped
2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
paprika for garnish
1 teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in the salt, onions, butter, relish, mustard and mayonnaise. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg-white halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
