soft roll are yeast-raised roll with a soft crust
Ingredients:
500 g all purpose flour
75 g sugar
5 g salt
5 g bread improver
50 g butter
3 pcs egg
25 g powdered milk
10 g yeast
200 ml water
25 g oil
Directions:
1. *in a mixing bowl, add water,sugar,salt,eggs,butter and oil (dissolve sugar)
2. *combine flour,bread improver,yeast and powdered milk in another bowl
3. *when sugar is dissolved add the combination of the flour,bread improver, yeast and powdered milk
4. *mix all ingredientss until dough is elastic
5. *cut the dough into small ball
6. *set dough to rise and allow it to grow
7. *wash the dough with an egg wash (egg and fresh milk)
8. * Bake in a 180 degree oven for 12 min.
