Soft great and tastes so, so, so good!
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Put 1 3/4 cup milk in saucepan, cover and bring to a boiling point.
2. Reduce heat.
3. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and remaining milk.
4. Add to scalded milk, stirring constantly.
5. Cook stirring constantly, until a coating forms on a spoon.
6. Remove and cool, add vanilla.
7. Serve in tall glasses with whipped cream and coconut or use as a pudding sauce.
