Homemade granola perfect for breakfast or snacking
Ingredients:
15 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup honey
1 cup dates
2 cups shredded coconut
water
Directions:
1. Stir oats together with melted butter, oil and yogurt in a large bowl.
2. fill bowl with water to just cover mixture.
3. Let stand for 12 hous covered.
4. Add honey, coconut and dates.
5. Spread in greased cookie sheets and bake at 250F for 2 hours.
